Business verification

A clearer view of the businesses behind it.
Bring independent business verification into the way your organization connects with, selects, and reviews travel suppliers. Give your team and community a stronger starting point for their decisions.
Choose your path ↓Shared information. Your own standards.
Your relationships. Your requirements. Your decisions.
Start with the relationships your organization manages and the community it serves.
Help your advisors and agencies discover verified suppliers and bring consistent business information into preferred-supplier reviews.
Review the businesses delivering your accommodations, transportation, excursions, and local services throughout the relationship.
Bring independent business information into supplier onboarding and ongoing review across your distribution network.
Support supplier-member verification and help your community make informed business connections while retaining your own membership standards.
Help local suppliers establish credibility, support informed trade introductions, and review businesses within your own defined programs.

A preferred agreement, membership, or platform listing serves a purpose. Independent business checks add information your team and community can use alongside their own requirements.

Consider available independently provided credit risk ratings in supplier evaluation.
Review available screening statuses and items that may warrant further questions.
See where monitoring is active, subject to country and data availability.
Review supplier-reported coverage details and certificate status.
Consider published terms alongside your organization’s requirements.
Supplier-provided information is distinguished from independent business checks. Verification does not replace your organization’s own standards, supplier requirements, or approval process.
Business information supports your judgment at each step.
Give the travel professionals and organizations you serve a way to find businesses that have completed verification and review the information available before starting a relationship.
For associations and destinations, encourage suppliers to present independent verification alongside their services, insurance information, and terms.
Use a dedicated network dashboard to view verification statuses across the suppliers your organization works with. Identify information gaps and focus your team’s follow-up.
Bring the same business information into onboarding, preferred-supplier reviews, or other defined supplier programs.
Bring verification statuses across your organization’s own supplier network into one dedicated view. Give the people involved in supplier decisions a consistent source of business information.
Use available credit risk ratings, screening statuses, monitoring information, and supplier-provided details to focus review. Your team determines which additional checks and information it needs.
Discuss your network ↗Review the business alongside your commercial, service, operational, and membership requirements, as applicable.
Return to verification and available risk information as part of regular supplier review.
Focus reassessment where information or the business delivering the service has changed. Verification of one company does not automatically cover its subcontractors.
Multiple business
relationships.
A supplier can maintain one TTI profile for prospective and existing partners to review. That helps reduce repeated information gathering while giving each buyer a consistent place to start.
Supplier profiles and your network dashboard serve connected purposes: the profile presents the individual business; the dashboard helps your organization review statuses across its own suppliers.
You retain your commercial agreements, membership criteria, preferred-supplier decisions, and approval requirements. TTI provides business information to support that work.

Define the businesses you want to review and how your organization will use the information.
Discuss the supplier businesses, countries, services, and community your program needs to support.
Review supplier participation, verification requirements, dashboard access, available checks, and onboarding with TTI.
Bring verification statuses into your existing reviews, identify gaps, and determine where your team needs to follow up.
What does “our network” mean?
The scope depends on your organization. It may be preferred suppliers, businesses delivering your trips, suppliers participating in your platform, or businesses in a defined association or destination program. We discuss the scope with you; membership or affiliation alone does not mean a business has completed verification.
Can we review suppliers we already work with?
Yes. Discuss a dedicated dashboard for verification review across your existing supplier relationships. Supplier participation, available checks, countries, and onboarding are part of defining your program.
Can we also help our community discover suppliers?
Yes. TTI’s supplier index supports discovery of businesses that have completed verification. Discuss how access can support the travel professionals and organizations in your community alongside your own supplier-review needs.
Does TTI replace our preferred-supplier or membership standards?
No. Your organization retains its standards, commercial relationships, and approval decisions. TTI provides defined independent checks and clearly identified supplier information as inputs to your process.
Is all information independently verified?
No. Independent business checks are distinguished from supplier-provided details, including services, insurance information, booking terms, and optional self-assessments. Checks and monitoring vary by country and data availability.
Does verification certify safety or adequate insurance?
No. TTI does not certify traveler safety, assess vehicles or premises, confirm insurance coverage with insurers, or determine insurance adequacy. Your organization decides what additional assessments and confirmations it needs.
Can our own business be verified as well?
Yes. A tour operator, DMC, cruise line, or other supplier can have its own supplier profile and separately use a dashboard to review the suppliers it works with.
Let’s discuss the suppliers you work with, the community you serve, and the decisions you need to support.
