03 Review your network.

Your platform. Your standards. More to go on.

Behind every listing is a business

Product content tells only part of the story.

Descriptions, images, availability, and reviews help buyers evaluate an offering. Your team also needs to understand the company supplying it.

TTI brings independent business checks and supplier-provided information together to support that review. Use it alongside your own product, service, operational, and commercial requirements.

01 / ONBOARDING

Look beyond the application.

Review business verification and available credit risk information as part of deciding which suppliers to onboard.

02 / OVERSIGHT

See your supplier network.

Use a dedicated compliance dashboard to track verification across your platform’s own supplier businesses.

03 / GROWTH

Find new possibilities.

Discover verified suppliers to consider for your platform, then evaluate whether their offerings meet your requirements.

A compelling listing is one thing. Knowing the business behind it is another.

Your dedicated compliance dashboard

Keep a clearer view of the businesses in your network.

Track supplier verification statuses, review available business information, and identify where follow-up is needed across your own network.

Make that information part of your onboarding and review process. Your team sets the requirements, asks additional questions, and makes the approval decisions.

Your relationships.
Your commercial model.

You own the supplier relationship, negotiate your agreements and commercial terms, and control your platform’s approval standards. TTI provides business information to support those decisions.

Example supplier profile. Available information varies by supplier and country.

Know what you are reviewing

Independent checks. Clearly identified sources.

Business verification and credit risk information come from an independent verification provider. Services, insurance details, booking terms, and optional self-assessments are supplied by the business.

TTI distinguishes between those sources so your team can see what is available and decide what else it needs to ask.

One supplier profile. A shared starting point for review.

Business verification

Review the results of defined business checks.

Credit risk

Consider available, independently provided business credit risk information.

Risk signals

Review available screening statuses and items that may warrant follow-up.

Monitoring status

See whether ongoing monitoring is active, where available.

Insurance information

Review supplier-reported coverage details and certificate status.

Booking terms

Consider published terms alongside your platform’s requirements.

Available checks and monitoring vary by country and data availability. Business verification does not certify the safety or quality of a product or service.

Supplier risk can reach your platform

When a supplier fails, your team feels the impact.

Supplier problems can affect the experience buyers associate with your platform.

THE BUSINESS IMPACT

More than a canceled booking.

If a supplier is fraudulent, goes out of business, or fails to deliver, your team may face support demands, disrupted bookings, disputes, and reputational damage. Financial exposure depends on your business model and agreements.

TTI helps your team consider potential business risks before onboarding and during the supplier relationship.

THE DELIVERY CHAIN

Know who will deliver the service.

The company supplying your inventory may use another business to deliver it. Verification of your direct supplier does not automatically cover its subcontractors or replacement providers.

Ask who will fulfill the booking and what checks have been completed on that business.

Strengthen supplier review. Reduce avoidable exposure.

Start with your network

Your questions answered

What to know before you begin.

Who is this for?

Travel marketplaces, booking platforms, and distribution platforms that onboard or manage a network of travel suppliers. It is relevant to platforms serving travel professionals, consumers, or both.

Does TTI replace our supplier onboarding or approval process?

No. TTI provides business information to support your process. Your team sets its requirements, evaluates products and services, negotiates agreements, and decides which suppliers to approve.

Can we find verified suppliers to expand our offering?

Yes. You can discover verified suppliers in TTI to consider for your platform. Verification does not establish that their products or services meet your requirements. Your team evaluates fit and negotiates the relationship directly.

Can buyers find suppliers that have not completed verification?

No. Suppliers must complete verification before buyers can find them in the Travel Trust Index.

Can a supplier use one profile with multiple platforms?

Yes. A supplier can maintain one TTI profile for multiple business partners to review, helping reduce repeated information gathering. Each platform may still require additional information or checks.

Is everything on a profile independently verified?

No. Business verification and credit risk information come from an independent verification provider. Services, insurance details, booking terms, and self-assessments are supplied by the business. TTI clearly distinguishes between the two. Available checks and monitoring vary by country and data availability.

Does TTI confirm that insurance meets our requirements?

No. Insurance information is supplier-reported. Submitted certificates are reviewed for readability and publication completeness. TTI does not confirm coverage with insurers or assess adequacy. Confirm coverage meets your platform’s needs with the supplier.

Can we display verification information on our platform or connect our systems?

Discuss your proposed use with TTI. Access to a compliance dashboard is separate from displaying verification information on your own platform or connecting your systems. The scope and availability of any display or integration must be confirmed separately.
