Your requirements. Your relationships. Your choice.

Look beyond the offering

A good itinerary starts
with the businesses
behind it.

Rates, reviews, and recommendations help you evaluate a service. Business verification adds information about the company you may rely on to deliver it.

Business verification

Review the results of defined independent checks on the supplier business.

Credit risk rating & screening

Consider available credit risk ratings and screening statuses, including items that may warrant follow-up.

Insurance & booking terms

Review supplier-reported insurance information, certificate status, and published terms alongside your requirements.

Ongoing monitoring

See whether monitoring is active, where available, as part of deciding when further review is needed.

Independent checks are distinguished from supplier-provided information. Available checks and monitoring vary by country and data availability.

A clearer place to start

See the supplier.

See the business.

A TTI profile brings the services a supplier offers together with business verification statuses, credit risk ratings, insurance information, and booking terms.

Use that shared starting point to focus your questions, understand what information is available, and decide what else you need before proceeding.

Know what you’re reviewing.

Services, insurance details, booking terms, and optional self-assessments are supplied by the business. They are identified separately from independent business checks.

From discovery to a decision

Find. Review. Follow up.

Business information supports your judgment at each step.

01 / FIND

Start with verified businesses.

Search by destination, provider type, specialties, and other criteria relevant to the travel you arrange. Discovery is limited to suppliers that have completed verification.

02 / REVIEW

Look at more than the offering.

Review available business checks, credit risk ratings, screening statuses, insurance information, and terms alongside your service and operational requirements.

03 / FOLLOW UP

Ask what still needs answering.

Contact the supplier directly, clarify information gaps, and complete any additional checks your organization requires before making your own decision.

Beyond initial selection

Already work together?

Keep reviewing.

A supplier relationship continues after the first booking or appointment. Business circumstances and available risk information can change.

Dedicated network dashboards bring verification statuses across your organization’s own suppliers into one view, supporting review and follow-up throughout the relationship.

Discuss your supplier network ↗
01

Before appointment

Review the business behind the service alongside commercial, operational, destination, and traveler requirements.

02

During the relationship

Return to available verification, credit risk ratings, screening, and monitoring information as part of regular supplier review.

03

When the provider changes

Confirm who will actually deliver the service. A check on one business does not automatically cover its subcontractors or replacement providers.

A few helpful distinctions

Know what TTI
adds to your review.

Who can use TTI to evaluate suppliers?

Travel advisors and agencies, travel risk and security teams, corporate travel and procurement teams, TMCs, and organizations selecting travel suppliers. Businesses that also supply travel services can use TTI to review potential partners.

Can I find suppliers that have not completed verification?

No. Supplier discovery is limited to businesses that have completed verification. Review the information and statuses available for each business as part of your own evaluation.

Does verified mean approved or recommended?

No. TTI performs defined business checks and displays the resulting statuses. Your team sets its requirements and makes its own supplier approval decisions. Verification is not an endorsement or a guarantee of performance or outcomes.

Is everything on a profile independently verified?

No. Independent business checks are distinguished from supplier-provided information, including services, insurance details, booking terms, and optional self-assessments. Available checks and monitoring vary by country and data availability.

Does TTI replace safety checks or confirm insurance adequacy?

No. Business verification supports your evaluation alongside operational and physical safety reviews. TTI does not certify traveler safety, confirm coverage with insurers, or determine whether insurance meets your requirements.

Can we review the suppliers we already use?

Yes. Discuss a dedicated network dashboard for verification review across your own suppliers. Dashboard scope, supplier participation, available checks, and onboarding are discussed with your organization.

Do bookings go through TTI?

No. Bookings, pricing, agreements, and commercial relationships remain directly between you and the supplier. TTI does not take a percentage of booking sales.
