Will every supplier I find have completed verification?
Yes. Buyers can only find suppliers that have completed verification. That does not mean every supplier has the same information available or that every risk status is favorable.
Does verified mean risk-free?
No. Verification is not an endorsement or a guarantee of performance, traveler safety, or booking outcomes. Review the available information, ask follow-up questions, and make your own decision.
I already use preferred suppliers. Why would I need TTI?
A preferred relationship reflects your experience or your network’s commercial arrangements. TTI adds business information and risk statuses that can inform your review, including when you have worked with a supplier before.
Does TTI confirm that insurance meets my client’s needs?
No. Insurance information is supplier-reported. TTI reviews certificates for readability and publication completeness, but does not confirm coverage with the insurer or assess adequacy. Confirm coverage meets your and your client’s needs with the supplier before booking.
Can suppliers pay for a favorable verification result?
No. Suppliers pay to participate in the program. Payment does not determine the screening results or guarantee a favorable status.
Do I book through TTI?
No. TTI helps you find and evaluate suppliers. You arrange bookings directly with the supplier, and TTI does not take a booking commission.
