Your people. Your suppliers. Better-informed decisions.
A ground transport company, accommodation provider, or local travel partner can affect more than the cost of a trip. If a supplier fails to deliver or goes out of business, your team may have to manage disrupted travel, replacement services, and financial exposure.
TTI brings independent business checks and supplier-provided information together to help you evaluate those businesses before appointment and throughout the relationship.
Review business verification and available credit risk information alongside rates, service commitments, and commercial terms.
Track verification statuses across your organization’s own suppliers through a dedicated compliance dashboard.
Use available information and risk signals to focus follow-up and decide what additional checks your team needs.
Supplier selection is a risk decision, too.
Discover verified suppliers to consider for your travel program. Use a dedicated compliance dashboard to track verification across your own supplier network and identify where follow-up is needed.
Your team decides which suppliers meet your requirements. You retain your commercial relationships, negotiate your terms, and make your own approval decisions.
TTI supports the supplier-review component of your wider travel risk management program. Business verification adds information to that process; it does not certify traveler safety or fulfill your entire duty of care.
Example supplier profile. Available information varies by supplier and country.
Business verification and credit risk information come from an independent verification provider. Services, insurance details, booking terms, and optional self-assessments are supplied by the business.
TTI distinguishes between those sources so your team can understand what is available and what still needs to be checked.
Business information to support your own standards.
Review the results of defined business checks.
Consider available, independently provided business credit risk information.
Review available screening statuses and items that may warrant follow-up.
See whether ongoing monitoring is active, where available.
Review supplier-reported coverage details and certificate status.
Consider published terms alongside your organization’s requirements.
Available checks and monitoring vary by country and data availability. A check on one business does not automatically cover its subcontractors.
For businesses, government organizations, and institutions, supplier review can involve several teams and external partners.
Bring business verification into supplier selection and ongoing review. Use available information to support discussions with procurement, risk teams, and your travel management partners.
Consider business verification, credit risk information, and available screening statuses alongside destination, traveler, and operational risks.
Review the business behind a proposal alongside pricing, contractual terms, service requirements, and your organization’s supplier approval criteria.
Use TTI to evaluate suppliers and track verification across your own network as part of supporting client travel programs and agreed traveler-care services.
Employers retain responsibility for their traveling employees. TMCs support that responsibility through the services they provide. Internal roles and specific obligations depend on the organization, applicable law, and agreed services.

Who is this for?
Corporate travel teams, travel risk managers, procurement teams, and TMCs reviewing travel suppliers. This includes travel programs within businesses, government organizations, and institutions.
How does TTI support duty of care?
TTI provides business information to support supplier selection and ongoing review within a broader travel risk management program. It does not replace destination risk assessment, operational safety checks, traveler support, or emergency response. Using TTI does not, by itself, establish that an organization has fulfilled its duty of care.
Does using a TMC transfer the employer’s responsibility?
Using a TMC does not by itself transfer the employer’s responsibility for its traveling employees. TMCs provide support through agreed services and may have their own obligations. Responsibilities depend on applicable law, the circumstances, and the services agreed.
Does TTI approve suppliers or manage our commercial relationships?
No. You set your requirements, select and approve suppliers, and negotiate your commercial agreements directly. TTI provides business information to support those decisions.
Can buyers find suppliers that have not completed verification?
No. Suppliers must complete verification before buyers can find them in the Travel Trust Index.
Is everything on a profile independently verified?
No. Business verification and credit risk information come from an independent verification provider. Services, insurance details, booking terms, and self-assessments are supplied by the business. TTI clearly distinguishes between the two. Available checks and monitoring vary by country and data availability.
Does TTI confirm that insurance meets our requirements?
No. Insurance information is supplier-reported. Submitted certificates are reviewed for readability and publication completeness. TTI does not confirm coverage with insurers or assess adequacy. Confirm coverage meets your organization’s needs with the supplier.
Does verification cover subcontractors or replacement providers?
No. Verification relates to the business checked. Ask who will actually deliver the service and what checks have been completed on that business. Discuss separately which businesses should be included in your network review.
Let’s discuss how TTI can support supplier review across your organization’s network.
