Your destination. Your relationships. More information.
Your organization creates connections between a destination and the people who sell, plan, and book travel. Give those buyers more to review after the introduction: a supplier profile with independent business checks, credit risk ratings, services, insurance information, and booking terms.
For destination management and marketing organizations, tourism boards, and convention and visitors bureaus, that means giving buyers more information about the businesses they may work with.
Encourage local operators, DMCs, accommodation providers, attractions, and transport businesses to complete verification and present their services to prospective buyers.
Help travel sellers, meeting planners, and procurement teams review business information before taking the next step with a local supplier.
Use a dedicated network dashboard to review verification statuses across suppliers in a defined destination program and focus your team’s follow-up.
A destination introduction starts a conversation. Business information helps it move forward.
A trade-show appointment, familiarization trip, or directory referral may be a buyer’s first contact with a local business. Make it easier to continue that conversation with business information the buyer can review and share with colleagues.
Encourage participating suppliers to maintain one TTI profile that multiple prospective partners can review. Buyers get a consistent starting point, and suppliers can reduce repeated requests for basic business information.
You retain your partnership criteria, participation requirements, and commercial relationships. TTI provides information to support your decisions. Verification does not create a tourism-board endorsement or certify the safety of a destination.

Business verification and credit risk ratings come from an independent verification provider. Services, insurance details, booking terms, and optional self-assessments are supplied by the business.
TTI distinguishes between those sources so your team and prospective buyers can understand the information and decide what else to ask.
One supplier profile. Useful across business relationships.
Review the results of defined business checks.
Consider available, independently provided business credit risk ratings.
Review available screening statuses and items that may warrant follow-up.
See whether ongoing monitoring is active, where available.
Review supplier-reported coverage details and certificate status.
Consider published terms as part of evaluating a business relationship.
Available checks and monitoring vary by country and data availability. Business verification does not certify safety, service quality, or suitability for a particular booking
Your program can focus on supplier participation, your organization’s own review needs, or both.
Build awareness of verification among local suppliers and help buyers find participating businesses in TTI.
Discuss how profile links or destination affiliation could fit into your trade resources or directory. Any display permissions, technical integration, or commercial arrangements require a separately agreed scope.
A dedicated network dashboard brings available verification statuses together across the suppliers your team selects or reviews for a defined program. Use it to identify information gaps and focus follow-up.
Dashboard access is scoped separately. It does not automatically include every tourism business in the destination or the supplier networks of participating organizations.
A supplier problem can become a destination concern.
If a supplier involved in your program fails to deliver or goes out of business, your team may face disrupted plans, replacement work, and difficult conversations with buyers. Review available business verification, credit risk ratings, and screening statuses to identify questions for further review.
Begin with the businesses you want to support and the connections your organization helps create.
Identify your supplier community, trade activities, and any programs where your team selects or reviews businesses.
Discuss supplier participation, onboarding, verification availability, and whether your organization needs a network dashboard.
Help suppliers and buyers understand how to participate, what verification means, and how to use the information.
Who is this for?
Destination management and marketing organizations, tourism boards, convention and visitors bureaus, and similar organizations that support local tourism businesses and connect them with buyers.
Can we start with businesses already in our destination programs?
Yes. Define the participating businesses, countries, services, available checks, and access with TTI. Your organization can use a network dashboard for that agreed group. Suppliers must complete verification before buyers can find them in the Index.
How is this different from the DMC page?
This page focuses on organizations promoting and developing a destination and supporting its business community. The Tour Operators, DMCs & Cruise Lines page focuses on businesses using suppliers to deliver trips and services. If your organization does both, you may find value in both paths.

Do we need to manage supplier procurement to participate?
No. Your program can focus on helping local suppliers complete verification and helping buyers discover them. A network dashboard is an additional option for organizations that select or review a defined group of suppliers.
Does verification endorse a supplier or certify our destination?
No. TTI performs defined business checks and displays resulting statuses. Your organization retains its own participation requirements and decisions. Verification does not guarantee traveler safety, service quality, or booking outcomes.
Can buyers find suppliers that have not completed verification?
No. Suppliers must complete verification before buyers can find them in the Travel Trust Index.
Is everything on a profile independently verified?
No. Business verification and credit risk ratings come from an independent verification provider. Services, insurance details, booking terms, and self-assessments are supplied by the business. TTI distinguishes between the two. Available checks and monitoring vary by country and data availability.
Can a supplier use the same profile with multiple organizations?
Yes. A supplier can maintain one TTI profile for multiple prospective and existing partners to review. This helps reduce repeated information gathering. Each organization may still require additional information or checks.
Can we connect TTI with our destination directory or trade resources?
Discuss profile links, destination affiliation, and any proposed directory connection with TTI. Display permissions, technical requirements, and commercial arrangements must be agreed separately.
Will a dashboard cover every supplier in our destination?
No. A dedicated dashboard is scoped to your organization’s own defined supplier network. Supplier participation, coverage, and access are agreed with TTI.
