Annual Renewal: Our Membership Plans and Contracts are designed as annual subscriptions, ensuring you always have the most up-to-date, legally sound documents and resources at your fingertips. Regardless of the payment plan chosen, your subscription will automatically renew each year for a 12-month term, providing continuous access without interruptions. This ensures you’re always protected and compliant with the latest legal updates.

Single-User License: Each subscription—whether for Membership Plans or contracts—is tied to a single user. This means it’s specifically tailored for your individual use and not transferable or shareable. This single-user license approach ensures that each user benefits from a personalized and secure experience. Platinum Plans include 5 user seats. Additional user seats may be purchased.

With TIS, payment collection becomes hassle-free through automation. Once an agreement is executed, our platform provides the ability to automatically initiate payment collection according to the agreed terms. This streamlines your billing process, saving you time and effort. This feature is not available with the Silver plan.
