Ment Law Group
Ment Law Group provides legal services related to LLC formation and trademark filing. Government and state filing fees are not included and are paid separately.
Additional Ment Law Group services and fees — Legal Entity Formation: If incorporating (corporation in lieu of LLC), add $1,000. Multi-member LLC or LLC owned by another legal entity (LLC or foreign entity), add $1,000. LLC domestication/transfer to a new state, add $750.
Trademark: Additional office action responses (beyond the one included), $750 each. Additional trademark class, $750 each. Trademark filing for a logo, tagline, or image (in addition to primary name), $750. Additional name searches, $750 per name. Specimens rejected, requiring refiling, $750. Trademark renewal work, $400 per hour. Opposition proceedings by competitors, $400 per hour. Prosecuting infringement by competitors, $400 per hour.
Travel Industry Solutions
Travel Industry Solutions is a subscription-based product. The bundle includes the first year of service for Contract Shield, Website Policies, and the Fraud + Vault Shield add-on. Each of these components will renew automatically at the prevailing rate at the end of the initial term.
Travefy
Travefy is provided as a one-year subscription as part of the bundle. Travefy will reach out prior to the renewal date. Continued use after the first year requires renewal directly with Travefy at the prevailing annual rate.
Suitcase Designs
The website will be built within the selected template structure provided by Suitcase Designs and includes one revision round per deliverable. Additional pages or advanced functionality may be added for an additional fee. The website build does not include booking engine integrations, e-commerce functionality, membership systems, or custom automation builds. Project timelines are dependent on timely client participation and completion of required materials. Hosting, security, and maintenance are included for the first year. After the first year, hosting may be renewed at standard pricing. If hosting is not renewed, the advisor retains full ownership of the website, and the site can be transferred to hosting on SiteGround. Advisors purchase and retain full ownership of their domain name.

All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Service Activation
Your Travel Industry Solutions and Travefy subscriptions activate immediately upon purchase. You have 45 days from the date of purchase to initiate contact with and begin work with Ment Law Group and Suitcase Designs. Failure to initiate contact within this window may result in forfeiture of those services without refund.
Chargebacks
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback against us except in the case of fraud. If you initiate a chargeback and do not prevail, you agree to pay: (1) your full fees for your current subscription, and (2) an administrative fee of $250. We reserve the right to pursue all remedies available under applicable law, including the recovery of attorney's fees and legal costs.
